HELLO SPENCER - Cocktail

½ ounce Macallan 12 Year Single Malt Scotch (optional)

1 tablespoon oatmeal

2 teaspoons plain yogurt

Handful of almonds (almond paste or marzipan work too)

Juice of half a lemon

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender on high. Pour the blended ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, then strain the mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Extra tip: If you want to make a shake out of this recipe, add a few ice cubes and blend on high. The smaller the cubes of ice the more perfectly the mixture will freeze.
